At JingsCrafts, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are flat rate. Free shipping may be available for bulk orders. Please contact us before placing a bulk order so that we can check if you qualified for free shipping.

Return Policy

If your order arrived damage or defective, please contact us immediately, and provide your order number. We’ll let you know whether you need to return the item or send a photograph. If you do need to make a return simply send your order in the original packaging if possible along with the order number. When we receive returned item or photograph we will then organise the replacement. Jings Crafts will not be responsible for any return postage costs unless the product is faulty and we have requested for it to be returned.
